International Semester in Management

Objective 

  • improve written and oral communication skills in English
  • study in a multicultural context while remaining in France (Annecy) with the participation of non-French speaking foreign students
  • develop specialised skills in your field of expertise (project management, marketing, economics, finance, communication, information systems, etc.)
  • create links between theoretical studies and the exercise of responsibilities in the business world

Admission requirements 

  • open to regular IAE students in the first year of a Master's degree in the "management" field. The semester is a complete substitute for the first semester of the Master 1. The students resume the normal teaching of their Master course in January.
  • open to international exchange students in the first year of the Master's programme or in the last year of the Bachelor's programme.
  • minimum level B2 in English (TOEIC score 850), a proof of English level must be provided when applying (TOEIC, TOEFL, Cambridge, certificate from an English teacher).
  • knowledge of the basic concepts of management.

French as a Foreign Language courses are offered to international students as part of the International Management Semester. The courses take place in the evening and are worth 5 ECTS.
